This hotel is an absolute gem in the Rio Celeste area!! I would never stay anywhere else! The staff and the service was beyond exceptional. The food was incredible and the breakfast that is included was by far the best we’ve had anywhere in Costa Rica! The property itself is so beautifully laid out and each bungalow is very private and the decor is beautiful. The pool with the three hot tubs is so inviting and there are so many wonderful areas to sneak away to on the property. I did all the hikes on the property and we thoroughly enjoyed ourselves. We can’t wait to return soon!
One of the best hotels we’ve ever been. We spent 3 nights, room was spacious, clean with everything you need. Staff was super friendly and professional. Food was amazing, with fireplace and nice music. The pool was heated, surroundings of the hotel were amazing. Hotel has its own path to the rio celeste. It was like a small luxurious paradise inside the jungle. Don’t hesitate, book it!

Don't tell anyone about it so it doesn't get too BUSY! We have a vacation condo in CR and I have wanted to visit Rio Celeste Hideaway for several years. Could not be more pleased with the location (isolated from tourists!), beauty (you would not believe), access to the river (not available to non-guests). But mostly the ambience was great. Food was great. Drinks were great. ALL A+++. We will be back!!!
Rio Celeste Hideaway Hotel is a quiet, beautiful setting. The rooms are amazing in a lush rainforest surrounded by wildlife. Ultimate getaway for those who want privacy and top tier service. All staff were fantastic. The food was perfect and service second to none. Highly recommended for those who like to blend in with nature while being treated like royalty.

In all my travels, in my life of 66 years, I have never come across the quality of the staff we experienced during our stay at the Hideaway. Whether it be a 2 star or a five star hotel, none has compared. The staff, from the guard at the gate, to reception, waiters and waitresses, general staff, the general mgr. etc etc, was excellent.
The grounds are stunning, our rooms were divine, and the attention to detail was beyond comparison.
The food and drink were wonderful. The entire atmosphere and experience were perfectly perfect.
We would highly recommend this resort hotel, the facilities are probably the most beautiful we've come across in all of our travels. The trails are as beautiful as or even more beautiful than our favorite hikes in southeast Alaska, which is saying a lot. The rooms are lux and well thought out, and it seems that everything has been considered or thought of throughout the facilities.
Hands down, this was the best hotel we stayed at in Costa Rica. Everything and everyone was top-notch, and we felt so relaxed and immersed in Costa Rica nature the moment we arrived. We loved sitting on the outdoor patio. During our 2 night visit we saw lots of wildlife, and enjoyed the hotel's trails to the river as well as visiting the National Park's trails as well. Would not hesitate to stay here again!
